Traditional planners can fit everything they are responsible for at an install in the back of a sport utility vehicle. We bring our sincere nurturing skills to all aspects of this planning and coordination process. We will deliver a first-class, concierge client service experience every step of the way. Proactive, ever calm and in control, we are there for our clients even for the smallest of questions both day and night. There is never a problem we cannot solve.

Event designers are aesthetic, with the exact same responsibilities as residential interior designers, while event producers are technical, with the same responsibilities as an architect and general contractor, combined. We introduce you to cohesive, creative ideas, trade sources, secrets and pricing that would not otherwise be accessible to you. We consult on, and in turn precisely oversee the production of tenting (including custom), furniture rentals and décor, lighting design, flooring, flowers, drapery, linens, invitation suites, entertainment, food and beverage presentation and every other detail to take your event from ordinary to extraordinary. We prepare and present beautiful concept deliverables for our clients including thorough design boards, finish samples that you can touch and feel and comprehensive precision drawing floor plans. When desired, we design, produce and install semi-custom and custom décor to make your event truly one-of-a-kind. We hold carefully-selected vendors to the highest of standards every step of the way, and personally manage every single aspect of each event installation from start to finish.
